Magnificent, incredible location in Heraklion, really close to easy taxi to-and-from the airport and easy access on foot to many restaurants and places of interest in the city, shops / restaurants and Knossos and the airport.

The location of the hotel was excellent - relatively near Loggia. The breakfast offered was large and astonishing with large choise.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, close to the center, convenient to go everywhere. There were a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Amalias Kitchen that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The place was lovely and stunningly beautiful and restaurant was nice. The staff was courteous, and the rooms were huge and big. The breakfast was extensive and excellent with freshly baked cakes and fresh fruit, as for instance, so much to pick from. The service was helpful, totally satisfied. Parking was nearby, fee - gbp 10 per day.

Overall had relaxing stay for 3 nights. I was upgraded to reasonably spacious junior suite in good condition. The hotel's location was very central, right in the center of everything. I tried some drinks at gastropub Xalavro Open Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

I really enjoyed sleeping 4 nights in this hotel. Place was clean and recently refurbished. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from a venetian - era fountain. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very caring and attentive. Booked a room with panoramic views over the town. The service provided there was exceptional.

The hotel was great and in a very central location so close to Right at a great bus stop for public transfer to airport, the main shopping area, the museum, the port and the airport and the center of Heraclion. And there was Hovoli with short-orders close to the venue, super convenient.
Some people working there were absolutely unfriendly.
